You may call it heaven or you may call it haven, but it is becoming ever clearer that the Paradise do exist. It is one and the same place for all religions, and it is, well, basically for the rich.

Oh, and looking to the charts on this recent paper⁽¹⁾, it seems that there is some truth to the Spanish saying “from Madrid to Heaven” (with Barcelona’s permission) because the truth is that Spain ranks fairly high on this league.
