A big construction is always completed late

Grand Talents Mature SlowlySince I found this reference, the first I quoted in this blog, I have been coming across dozens of similar stories, anecdotes, studies and the like. Just google: “does life end/begin…” and you will see. They clearly show our wide concerns about aging in the spirit of Horace’s Carpe Diem.

This piece is just the latest, and it comes with a twist of precious, ancestral Chinese wisdom and deep respect for old age: A big construction is always completed late —大器晚成— (By the way, something we know well in the ICT industry… if you know what I mean.)

Very nice story @kzhu! No, life does not necessarily end at 35. Great talents mature slowly and you can be a late bloomer worth the wait.
