Last Friday, the Washington Post reported that NSA broke privacy rules thousands of times per year, according to an internal audit. This is not particularly fresh news after Snowden’s avalanche of leaked NSA documents which started 2 months ago.
What makes me tick is this quote from a senior NSA official, supposedly speaking with White House permission on the condition of anonymity:
