When running, Fauja realized he thought only of his next step. After enough steps, his mind went blank

Fauja Singh ran his first marathon at age 89. He run for a reason. He run to forget. When he was 83 he saw his son decapitated by a falling roof, moved from India to England and took up running. Now 101 years old, he will run on Sunday in the Hong Kong Marathon and try to find peace with a Guinness World Records slight:
